Now that autumn is well underway and any sign of warm weather
has wilted with the leaves, we doubt that George and Charlotte's nanny, Maria Turrion Borrallo, will be
seen frolicking on the beach or having a tea party in the
park with the little royals for a while now. However, there is no need to sit in the
palace all day, which is why we have compiled three great autumn adventures for
Maria to take the mini royals along to, right here in the UK!
THE WOODLAND WALK
Snettisham’s Nature Reserve in Norfolk is at it’s most
beautiful on a crisp autumn morning as the tens of thousand pink-footed geese fly
overhead. We can imagine Prince George loving the open space to run around as he jumps
cheekily in the crispy leaves and plays with the family’s cocker spaniel, Lupo.
A HISTORIC DAY OUT
With four museums, a stunning cathedral, roman ruins and a
great theatre, the royal children will find lots to do in Canterbury. With plenty
of events for children this month and a huge selection of quiet places to eat, Maria and the mini monarchs can have an educational day in a historic Kentish
city.
MEET THE ANIMALS
What kid doesn’t love a zoo? Woburn Safari Park in Bedford will
give Charlotte the chance to touch a real Indian elephant and get up close to a
wide selection of other exotic creatures. Always having amazing activities for young
children, George will get to make friends and play all day!
